Application forms

Grant application forms may be downloaded from each grant program page. The forms are located in the left-hand margin of a program's page, either at the very top of the page or next to the grant category they pertain to. In all cases, they are found under the Application form(s) banner.

All applicants must submit the printed version of the completed application form.

Technical assistance

Given the wide array of equipment used by artists and art organizations, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec deems it impossible to provide electronic application forms in a "universal" format (other than PDF) since printers and software configurations often entail compatibility problems.

Applicants who have access to an IBM-compatible computer running MS Word 2000
can use the grant application forms; Excel 2000 is also required in the case of grant applications made in respect to grant programs primarily intended for arts organizations.

The forms are also accessible to applicants using a Macintosh computer running MS Word 2000 and conversion software. However, users must make the conversion themselves and reformat the text once the file is converted.

To open the documents in the Macintosh environment, it is important to first open the software, then select the document to be opened in the "File-Open" menu (".doc" in Word and ".xls" in Excel).

PDF Files

PDF files may be opened in any environment with the use of Acrobat Reader, which may be downloaded for free.

Download Acrobat Reader.

Excel files To overcome the problem of displaying Excel 2000 file tabs in Windows 7, please download the Excel updates.
