Circuit-Est

Circuit-Est centre chorégraphique was founded in 1987 by a new generation of creators.  It is a group of dance companies and independent choreographers that pioneered the concept of resource sharing.  Believing that the studio is an essential tool of choreographic research, the founding members rent and furnish a space in the heart of Montreal.

In the past few years Circuit-Est has become a highly sought-after alternative for advanced training and creative development for professional dancers.  Circuit-Est meets the needs of an expanding community by inviting eminent artists to teach advanced-level classes and workshops and, in an active way, contribute to the quality and expansion of contemporary dance.
