Self-taught singer and songwriter, Alan Côté founded the Forge Café at the Théâtre de la Vieille Forge de Petite-Vallée and is general manager and artistic director of the Village en chanson de Petite-Vallée, which encourages the transmission of the craft of songwriting through patronage.
