25 March 2020 COVID-19: an important message for artists and organizations
We are aware that artists and organizations are hit hard by prevention measures deployed here and abroad, and we are now adapting our services to allow us to manage this situation effectively.

Our teams, like all those of the Government of Québec, are striving to find the best ways to support artists and organizations in coping with this ordeal.

In accordance with government regulations related to COVID-19, receptions at the offices of the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec are closed until further notice. However, we continue to offer our services online. You may therefore contact us by e-mail at the address of the person responsible for your file or at info@calq.gouv.qc.ca.

We invite you to register with Mon Dossier CALQ to submit your requests. Documents sent by mail cannot be processed before our offices reopen.

In these exceptional circumstances, we thank you for your understanding if response times are longer than usual. But rest assured that we continue to be there for you, albeit virtually.

Information previously disseminated on this page is now part of a special section on our website. Click on the link below to access it. You will find frequently asked questions updated regularly and details on the latest announcements regarding the implementation of our pandemic plan.
