Report on the use of a grant
An applicant who has already received financial support under a Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (Conseil) grant program, regardless of the section, is obliged to produce a Report on the use of the grant, which must be submitted within a maximum of three months from the project’s completion date indicated on the application form. The Conseil must have approved this report before any new application can be made.
All application forms are available online, except those for the following types of support:
- Career grants
- Acquisition and marketing
- To print Report on the use of a grant for : Commissioned works - Professional development - Promotion - Research and creation - Travel
- Report on the use of a grant for : Acquisition and marketing - Career grants - Measures - Studios and studio-apartments
- Report on the use of a regional agreement grant
