The CALQ simplifies access to Mon dossier CALQ with a new way to log in

Institutionnel

As of December 10, 2025, only the Government Authentication Service will be accepted to log in to the Mon dossier CALQ. Artists and members of evaluation committees are invited to create their accounts now.

The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) is announcing the introduction of a new way to connect to its online platform Mon dossier CALQ.

Starting today, artists and jury members are invited to log in using the Government Authentication Service This link will open in a new window, the single access point for all online services offered by the Government of Québec. It’s a secure, centralized method that is easy to use.

This authentication method will gradually replace clicSÉQUR – Citoyens, which is currently used by the CALQ. The transition to the Government Authentication Service is part of a broader effort to modernize the government’s digital services and standardize login methods across the province.

A transition that ensures continuity of access

In the next few months, the CALQ will ensure a smooth and seamless migration to the new login system. Thanks to an automated matching mechanism, most artists and jury members who already have a Mon dossier CALQ account can access their online file without any further steps.

Artists and jury members who already have an online CALQ file have until December 10, 2025 to test their access and complete the transition to the new login method. Until then, clicSÉQUR – Citoyens will remain available for quick access, if needed.

As of December 10, 2025, only the Government Authentication Service will be accepted to log in to the Mon dossier CALQ. This is why the CALQ strongly recommends that those affected test their access now and begin using the Government Authentication Service regularly to access Mon dossier CALQ to avoid any interruptions.

N.B.: New registrations for Mon dossier CALQ must now be done through the Government Authentication Service. Please note that for now this change applies only to artists and jury members. Organizations are not affected.

Creating an account on the Government Authentication Service

Anyone who has previously used another online service from the Government of Québec may already have an active account with the Government Authentication Service.
